Phreesia U: PAM® Implementation and Administration
Phreesia U is an online education hub supporting healthcare teams to confidently implement and administer the Patient Activation Measure® (PAM®).
PAM® is owned by Insignia Health (a part of Phreesia), which partners with CFEP Surveys to support PAM® implementation within this project. Phreesia U provides practical training, demonstrations and downloadable tools to strengthen understanding of activation levels, scoring and patient engagement strategies.
Learning is self-paced, available 24/7, and regularly updated to reflect best practice.
